Venue Hire for Liphook and surrounding area
The Liphook Millennium Centre has a range of rooms suitable for many types of activity from weddings to music gigs, discos through to business meetings, and local club meetings and get togethers.
You can hire the entire complex or a single room, it’s up to you and your needs.
We have the Main Hall, Canada Room, Green Room and Heather Room.
If you are hiring the whole complex for your event, our Canada Room could become the perfect tea room, and the Green and Heather Rooms covert from office space to changing rooms.
All of the above rooms are fully accessible and there are no steps on the ground floor.
Included in the charge is the use of our small shared kitchen with domestic oven, fridge, constant boiled water and dishwasher. Cups and saucers, plates and jugs are available to accommodate most events.
Main Hall
Our multi use hall is used for theatre productions, presentations, conferences, parties, weddings and musical performances. It is fully equipped with stage lighting, sound system, digital projector, large cinema screen and stage curtains. Our retractable auditorium seating may make all the difference to the comfort of your audience. With elevated sight lines and fully upholstered seating it is perfect for productions (school, dance, theatre etc.), group talks and presentations, and is extremely beneficial to our regular cinema evenings.
Canada Room
Appreciated by many of our clients; with full-height windows, providing plenty of natural light, leading onto a terraced area bordered with beech hedging the Canada room is regularly used for Yoga, Pilates, Business meetings, AGM, and Family parties. Full-length blinds enable the use of projection equipment, a wall has been specifically painted white for this purpose.
Green Room & Heather Room
These rooms are 5m x 7m (approx 16′ x 22′) and are ideal for business workshops, committee meetings, health practitioners, 1 to 1 meetings, and club meetings. These rooms also provide space as changing rooms when hiring the whole complex for productions.
Our Green room is regularly used as a
Boardroom or Committee room, for up to 18 people.
Theatre style, up to 25 people.
When cleared of furniture our Heather room becomes the ideal place for meditation workshops or classes
Other Facilities and Services
- Small Kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, hot water urn and commercial dishwasher. Free shared use with all bookings.
- Presentation Equipment consisting of overhead projectors, fixed and portable screens.
- Audio Equipment in the main hall, including lapel mics and hand held microphone and stand.
- Disabled Access throughout the building.
