Liphook Events Venue – Main Hall

Our multi use hall is used for theatre productions, presentations, conferences, parties, weddings and musical performances.  It is fully equipped with stage lighting, sound system, digital projector, large cinema screen and stage curtains.   

We also have the advantage of retractable auditorium seating which may make a huge difference to your event, giving your audience elevated sight lines.

The room measures 18m x 12m and has two sets of double doors opening onto the attractive Village Green and Amphitheatre.  Offering the best of both worlds for business or pleasure, the Main Hall can accommodate up to 180.  It is a fantastic venue for parties, wedding receptions, theatre productions, school productions, presentations, events, conferences and musical performances.

The room can be laid out in various ways depending on how you intend to use it.

Tiered Seating

The image shows the layout of the hall when the tiered seating is in use, for example for a theatre production.  Additionally two or three additional rows of level seating can be added to the front of the tiered area.

Banquet Seating

The image shows the layout of the hall when set up for banqueting, for example for a wedding reception.  The picture below shows the hall set with eight tables of eight, ready for Love to Sing’s event “The sound of Musicals”.
