Good Morning
Thinking outside the box, let’s get through this together.
On the upside, the morning chorus has been beautiful to hear this morning, I am missing going to work, when things are taken away you realise just how much you need something. I am a people person and during these “hopefully sunny” days ahead, where we must isolate ourselves in order to keep well, I hope that we can interact, using the website, email, and social media.
I hope to update you with some of the local news and focus on the good community spirit that Bramshott, Liphook and the surrounding areas are experiencing. If you would like to thank someone publicly for something they have done please use https://liphookmc.co.uk/contact/ and I will publish your thanks.
Let me know how you are keeping in contact with your loved ones, how is everyone coping, and more importantly do you need any help. I use Facebook and I am a member of Nextdoor, special groups have been set up to help people. We are a fiercely independent nation, please ask and accept help, particularly if you are in the at risk cateogories.
What are your favourite games, are you doing puzzles, playing cards, who’s winning? Do you have a question? Is there something you always wanted to know about Bramshott and Liphook that you never had the time to find out.
Personally, life in isolation means my family are all home at the same time, for a family of grown ups 19, almost 26 plus boyfriend, and my husband & I, 2 dogs and 2 cats. Generally we are rarely in the house at the same time, our eating times and requirements are completely different, this is a huge culture shock for us, but I am confident that though I am sure there will be arguments, we will also build our relationships too! What is it like for you and how are you coping?
Finally, my punctuation isn’t great, so any corrections would be very welcome, you never know I may improve by the end of this, and I will be very grateful for that.
sending my best wishes to you all
Stay safe
